ABOUT ME

Dylan's journey in football began at a very young age, joining his local club in Old Kilpatrick, Glasgow when he was just four years old. Early on, he stood out, showcasing a natural talent and enjoyment of the game.

His passion and skill quickly grew, and after several years of development, Dylan sought to challenge himself further by joining the prestigious Hillwood FC. There, he played for their 2007 team—an age group above his own—and flourished under the guidance of excellent coaches and Dylan’s commitment to improve and develop on and off the pitch. Over the next four years, Dylan progressed through the various levels of competition, playing in the Paisley & District League’s 1st Division, a highly competitive league with a rich history of teams who had previously won the Scottish Cup.

Dylan’s potential was quickly recognised, and after impressing a football scout during a training session, he earned an invitation to train with Queens Park FC, one of Scotland's most respected clubs. His consistent performance and commitment earned him a place in their squad, where he enjoyed playing in prestigious arenas against some of the best teams in Scotland. During this time, Dylan and his Hillwood teammates also competed in local and international tournaments, with Dylan playing a crucial role in their victory at the Flamingo Land Cup—a prestigious European competition. His individual development was evident, as he was awarded both the Most Improved Player and Player of the Year awards during his time at Hillwood.

After several years of training with two clubs and competing at the highest level, Dylan decided to focus solely on his boys' club football and joined Knightswood 2008’s. He quickly became an integral part of the team, known for his commanding presence in defense and aggressive style of play. His

leadership qualities emerged early on, transitioning from vice-captain to captain over the course of a few seasons. Dylan’s tactical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with his teammates allowed him to thrive in a sweeper role, where he led the backline and midfield to great success. His reputation as a tough and reliable defender spread throughout the league, earning him an invitation to train with the West of Scotland regional team.

In 2024, Dylan made the move to Clydebank FC, his local club, which has developed a reputation not only for its senior team but also its youth programs. Joining Clydebank proved to be another milestone in Dylan's career, as his leadership, aerial ability, and communication skills quickly made him a key player for the team. His presence in the backline has been invaluable, helping to solidify the team's defensive strength and contributing to their success in local competitions.

Dylan is now seeking the opportunity to play football in the United States, where he hopes to gain not only a unique life experience but also the chance to develop as a player in a highly competitive environment. He is eager to challenge himself against players from all over the world, improve his leadership and communication skills, and adapt to a different style of play. Dylan has been exposed to an extensive and wide ranging amount of coaches with different approaches to the game and Dylan has been able to listen and take on instruction from each of them. From this Dylan has picked up different experiences working with different coaches and always approaches any session fully committed and willing to learn with a positive attitude. Dylan believes that his time in the U.S. will allow him to take his game to the next

level, preparing him for a successful career in football, wherever his journey may take him
